The intention of this site is to offer a view of the intriguing history of the Brilliant Suspension Bridge since its construction, offer an updated news section of the developments in restoration (both past and current), and to eventually have an online depository of the plethora of documents that comprise the bridge's unique and magnificent history.

The 'News' button will lead you to a news archive that will eventually contain a directory of news releases relating to the bridge's restoration and development. The 'History' button has a complete description with many never-seen before photos. The 'Archive' button will lead you to a growing library of documents papers, and newspaper articles to discover more about the bridge. 'Links' will lead you to other related sites while the 'Thanks' button lists many firms and individuals who over the years have contributed to the bridge and its ongoing history. 'Gallery' contains a number of images worthwhile in taking some time to view.

 

The Committee

The Brilliant Suspension Bridge Restoration Committee is currently made up by the following individuals:

It should be especially acknowledged that without the support of past committee members, this restoration project might not have ever come this far. The committee would like to thank Pete Oglow, Chris D'Arcy, Mike O'Connor, and many others who participated in a magnified way.
