During
the course of documenting the bridge's history, the efforts to save
the bridge, acquiring National Heritage Site status, and the relentless
pursuit of getting the restoration underway, literally thousands
of documents were collected and centralized in hard-copy form.
This
archive directory will eventually contain all of the documents found,
and digitally recorded, and will be accessible via either search
engine, or by a Master Index, hyper-linked to each document in pdf
form for online viewing/download. In all, these documents in this
archive will offer a concise history of the Brilliant Suspension
Bridge from prior to its construction in 1913 to present, in a fashion
never before available for public viewing.

Because all materials have not yet been archived, the search engine
of course also hasn't yet been developed. Below is a short list
of some interesting documents in the archives to date. |
